Painting and applying paint to everything and everyone became my great hobby the moment I locked away my fear—that I lacked everything needed for the visual arts—in a drawer, secured it with every lock I had, and threw the key into the lake. Since then, I may have one less drawer to use, but I have all the more joy in creating. From my first steps, enthusiastic experiments, and failed attempts, I continue to walk the endless path of learning and discovery.
